Overbrook Addition is situated on a five hundred and fifty acre tract of wooded rolling land in the most southerly Ozark foothills lying north of the Arkansas River in Pulaski County, Arkansas. This residential neighborhood of more than 1,000 homes lies in North Little Rock, Arkansas and Sherwood, Arkansas. The convenience of this location for living is unsurpassed in the central Arkansas metropolitan area. Within approximately 2 miles of Overbrook is the North Terminal Interchange from which expressways lead out in all directions including the downtown areas of Little Rock, Memphis, Jacksonville and Conway.
