Real Time Chat on your website can boost exposure and sales!

Real Time Chat is a feature that is available to Web-JIVE customers, and requires closer management and upkeep than many of the other tools we use on a website.  With real time chat, a visitor to your site can start an electronic conversation with someone at your company who can provide answers and support for that persons needs.  Sometimes real time chat simply covers things like your hours of operation, address, and availability of a certain product.  But sometimes it will involve discussion on specific needs for a potential customer, like technical specs.  For an e-commerce website, real time chat is very beneficial.  When a customer is shopping in your store, and has a question about your product or supplier, they will want an answer to their question quickly - or they will move on.  The trick to a successful real time chat tool is to be able to provide what that visitor needs when they need it.

Image Galleries - are they for you?

Company Directory

Company Directory is a tool that allows site users and visitors information for departments and/or individuals at your company.  Directory tools often allow the user to organize and update information from the site.  Many tools allow creation of dedicated lists of employees, members, teams or groups.  Some sites may wish to control the amount of information available through custom field selection.  Other sites allow access to directory information only to registered users.
