Founder & Owner
Eric Caldwell founded WebJIVE in 2006 and has led the company as Owner and CEO ever since, growing it from a scrappy startup into one of Arkansas's most recognized digital marketing firms — an Arkansas Business "Best of Business" winner for web development and a multi-year Readers' Choice honoree. Before launching the agency, he spent more than a decade in enterprise technology, including a senior role helping build the IT procurement organization at ALLTEL, where his team saved the company roughly $65 million in its first two years. That blend of big-company discipline and hands-on entrepreneurship still shapes how he runs WebJIVE: practical strategy, cost-effective solutions, and a level of customer support most agencies don't bother with. He built the company on a simple conviction — that small and medium-sized businesses deserve better web design, better SEO, and better service — and has personally guided hundreds of clients toward stronger online visibility and growth. Outside the office, Eric is a longtime President of the Board at Little Rock Montessori School and a fixture in the Little Rock business community.

James Thole leads WebJIVE's Denver office, bringing more than a decade of experience in conversion-focused copywriting, web design, SEO, and branding to the team's Colorado clients. He built his reputation as the strategist agencies called in when a website project stalled — the person who could pinpoint what a business actually needed to say and connect messaging, structure, and conversion goals into one clear plan. A Certified Business Ghostwriter with credentials from Copyhackers, 10x, and Codex, James is known for a research-first approach: mining customer reviews, interviews, and the real language buyers use before a single word hits the page. From the Denver office, he helps businesses across Colorado's Front Range turn their websites into their hardest-working salesperson. When he's not on a project, you'll find him in Denver's Ruby Hill neighborhood with his wife Anna and their curly-haired Westie, Ozzy — or working out of tree trouble on the back nine at Overland Golf Course.
