We all know how difficult software is to use these days, and we all have limited time and resources to learn these systems. We are in the same boat here at Web-JIVE central.

So, what’s a person to do? Well, at Web-JIVE, we always strive to be the “better service company” and, in keeping with that direction, we’re publishing our first help usage guide.  The Web-JIVE Administrators Guide! This is not a complete how-to manual, which might take weeks to read.  This is a simple, to-the-point PDF, with 26 pages of information.  

This is a good document for the new client or clients who haven’t updated some site content in a while, and need a refresher.

As promised, we had our first seminar on April 20th on, how to better market your company through social networks.  The initial seminar was a success and we’ll be repeating that in the upcoming months. If you are interested in attending the next round, send us an email to support@web-jive.com, and we’ll add you to the list.

Continuing on that promise, Web-JIVE will be putting out videos in the next couple of weeks on administering your system.  These short clips will be organized and targeted at specific administration tasks so viewing them is quick and easy.

Our first training course (set for late May to early June), will cover one of the most powerful yet under-utilized features of the system … the back end WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor.  This powerful editor is packed full of features which make creating complex pages a snap.
