Is Google Business Profile the same as Google My Business?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in late 2021. Same listing, same place on Google Search and Maps.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only Google can remove a review, and only when it breaks Google's policies: fake, spam, off-topic, or a conflict of interest. We flag those for removal. For an honest negative review, a calm, specific reply does more for you than the review does against you.
Can we reward customers for leaving a review?
No. Google's policies don't allow incentives for reviews, and Google can remove reviews or restrict a profile that offers them. We make asking easy instead — a direct link and a QR code, no incentive required.
How much do reviews affect local ranking?
